Blogger Problems

©Maggie Latham

I have nothing new to post, so thought I would post an old favorite of mine. This watercolor sold several years ago and I was sad to see it go. I've been having lots of problems with blogger in Safari and now in Firefox. Problems posting, problems adding a follow button, problems with my dashboard etc. Thinking of switching blogging platforms, but not sure. Any one else had problems with this kind of thing?

  1. Dear Maggie I never tire of seeing your lovely watercolor washes. As for blogger I have not had problems but someone said they couldn't put as many photos on as they wanted to do...so perhaps things are not right. Hope you are having a lovely day. Hugs!

  2. I don't have any Blogger problems. But Blogger is in the process of moving the images on your Picasa webalbum (the platform where your blog photos are stored) to Google Photos. Maybe that is the cause of the problems you are experiencing.

    1. Judy, I didn't know that. Thinking of talking to the techs at Apple...it might be Safari. Lovely to see you here.

  3. Hi Maggie, good to see you posting again. I think I can help with posting on your blog. I also have an iPad it took me some time to find out how it is done. You can install the app B, it is a white B for blogger on an orange background. Once in stalled go into and follow the new post. Your photos from the iPad should come up and then it's easy, just select the photo you want to post. good luck. When I asked the people from Apple, the gentleman had no idea how to do that. All the best to you. Joan

  4. Lovely painting. I also have the app for my iPad, but haven't used it since the last time I travelled. I just find using the computer is easier. Technical stuff makes me crazy. lol

  5. Beautiful watercolor, Maggie. Thank you for sharing it. I love the mood you created with a few colors. A great example of how less can be more when doing watercolor. It's one thing I'm trying to teach myself - knowing when enough has been done and anything more will be overworking.

  6. Hello maggie, I just found you, and really like your paintings and technical exercises. I've been doing something similar so it is nice to see and get new inspiration. I added you to my bloglist.

  7. Hi Maggie, Just found you again! We exchanged a couple of gouache DVDs a while back when you were in England. I am abandoning my website and attempting to get to grips with Blogger instead. I am having no problems uploading photos and posts using an Apple computer and Safari, but beyond that it's all a bit of a mystery to me. Look forward to seeing more of your recent work.
